Why We Do It
Not all credit card processors take advantage of their merchants, but some do.
We don’t like it.
In a perfect world, we’d all sign up for that perfect credit card processor – the one that does everything perfectly and charges absolutely nothing for it. But in reality, change is a pain, and it’s just not that simple. If you wanted to change providers, you could, but that entails significant planning, enormous patience, significant financial investments, and extensive training.
Why change? Why walk away from a processor who’s kept your business running smoothly, for another who might charge a little less and screw it all up?
That’s a great question, and for many businesses,
we find change isn’t the right answer.
We are.
We do this work because we found a better way. We’ve become experts at negotiating with credit card processors – coming to the table with as much knowledge, data, and insights as they do (and, frankly, more than they do). We’ve learned what to look for, where the pain points are, and how to have the tough conversations the right way. We do all of that not to jeopardize your relationship with your processor, but to strengthen it; not to encourage you to leave, but to make it easier for you to stay.
When MIG gets involved, you save money.
